The HS Boys traveled to Cumberland tonight and fell short on the road. We are proud of their effort and determination. Congratulations to Ben on being selected as the recipient of the Lake Land College tuition waiver!

The JH Lady Bluestreaks picked up TWO wins tonight against Pal/Hut! We also had the honor of recognizing our four 8th grade players and their families. Congratulations to these young ladies on a successful night and thank you for your dedication to Bluestreak athletics!

Menu Change for Tomorrow !

The High School choir, The Villagers, were honored to be invited to sing at Island Grove Baptist Church on Sunday, February 15th. The students greatly enjoyed the opportunity to share their musical talents and be part of the worship service. It was a meaningful experience for everyone involved, and they are grateful for the warm welcome they received.

REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP BOUND!
Congratulations to the Lady Bluestreaks on a huge 50–39 upset victory over #3 seed Macon Meridian last night! With the win, the girls earn their 21st victory of the season and continue their postseason run.

The Lady Bluestreaks will compete in the IHSA Regional Championship this Thursday, 2/19 against Cumberland at Casey-Westfield High School, with tip-off set for 6:00 PM.

The winner of Thursday’s game will advance to the Sectional Semifinal on February 24 at Argenta-Oreana High School, beginning at 7:30 PM.

That’s a WIN for the Lady Bluestreaks! Martinsville defeated Okaw Valley 56–33 and are moving on to the Regional Semi-Final. They will face Macon Meridian on Monday, February 16 at Casey with a 7:30 PM tip-off. Keep the momentum going and come support the Lady Bluestreaks as they continue their postseason run. The 8th grade Lady Bluestreaks competed in the LEIC Conference Tournament today and battled hard in a three-set match against Robinson. Set scores: 25–15 20–25 8–15 The girls showed determination and resilience throughout the match. We are proud of their effort and the way they represented the Bluestreaks!

Valentine party fun from Mrs. Gullquists room.

Mrs. Poston’s class had so much fun playing games, sharing valentines, and of course enjoying lots of yummy candy and treats!

Mrs. Manuel sprinkled a little extra sweetness into her student's day. They squealed with joy to receive their Valentine balloons as a special surprise for her. The room was filled with laughter during competitive games, creativity flowing through beautiful paintings, and smiles all around while enjoying special treats. They had a great day of fun!

Students made creative connections from their reading to art by creating adorable “love monsters!” Using a unique technique, they blew paint through a straw to design their masterpieces making each one totally one-of-a-kind. This fun activity sparked creativity, built fine motor skills, and brought so much joy to our young artists!
