Both our Junior High Boys and Girls Basketball teams were in action tonight!
The Lady Bluestreaks hosted Cumberland at home, while the Boys Bluestreaks hit the road to take on Tri-County.

We were back to work today after a fun-filled weekend! Trick-or-treating didn’t slow our Bluestreaks down one bit. No tricks here, just students showing GRIT and getting right back to learning!
Bluestreak Brain Buster Winners!
We drew our Brain Buster winners today for the month of October! Our students have been working hard on their math fact fluency in class, and we are so proud of their progress.

Monster Math Off Madness!
Last week, our students took on the Monster Math Off - a fun and competitive way to practice their multiplication facts! Together, they answered an incredible 44,929 questions correctly!
The top High School and Junior High winners each earned a dozen homemade Monster Cookies and a treat bag, while the other eight students in the Top 10 took home a half-dozen cookies and treat bags of their own!
Congratulations to Mrs. Jenness’ High School class and Ms. Stephens’ Junior High Bluestreak period, who had the **highest number of questions answered correctly** and celebrated today with some delicious homemade cookies!
It was a spooktacular fun way to sharpen our math skills and celebrate learning!

Fall Frolic
We invite all veterans and their families to join us on Tuesday, November 11th at 8:00 a.m. for a special Veterans Day Breakfast. Following breakfast, our elementary and high school students will present a program in honor of our local heroes.
The community is encouraged to attend as we come together to show our gratitude and respect for those who have served. 🇺🇸
Parking will be available near the building, and special accommodations can be made by calling the elementary or high school office.

📋 Students must have a sports physical on file before participating.
🏀 The first official practice for girls is November 3rd, and for boys is November 10th.

She pulled a funny fall prank that had our students laughing as they arrived at school. You never know what Gertie and her friends will do next but one thing’s for sure, she keeps MES smiling! 💙
Our PTO and parents are simply the best at MES! 💙🍂
They helped make today full of fun, laughter, and community spirit...just look at the great time we all had together! 🎃✨
