MHS experienced an alarm sensor error this morning. Out of an abundance of caution, the fire department was dispatched. The all clear was given for students to return to the building. We thank the department for their swift sweep of the building to ensure safety.

🎓 Success in school and life starts with showing up!
Did you know that 80% of success is simply being present? Regular school attendance is a powerful predictor of student outcomes, leading to:
✅ Improved academic performance
✅ Higher chances of earning a high school diploma and college degree
✅ Better career prospects and higher earnings
Unfortunately, chronic absenteeism affects 1 in 6 U.S. students. Let's change that!

Season pass prices: Adults $60; Parents of athletes $50; Senior Citizen $40
You will be able to order and pay tonight at Meet the Streaks from 6-7pm.
Passes will be printed on Monday for pickup at the District Office or passes can be mailed to you.

Parents: let's talk about the importance of regular school attendance! 📚
Did you know that even occasional absences can impact your child's learning? It's not just about unexcused absences or older grades - every day counts for every student!
Here are some quick tips to boost attendance:
✅ Establish consistent bedtime and morning routines
✅ Prepare clothes and backpacks the night before
✅ Build relationships with teachers and classmates
✅ Only keep your child home when truly sick
Together, we can set our children up for success. Let's make every school day count! 🌟
