It’s a Busy Week for the Bluestreaks!
- JH Softball : Sectional Game at Hutsonville on the 16th. Fan bus leaves from the Jr./Sr. High School at 4:00 PM.
- HS Volleyball : Four regular season games this week, plus the LOVC Tournament (hosted here). Game times: 9:00, 10:00, 12:00, and 1:00.
- HS Football : Home game Saturday at 6:00 PM. Don’t miss the HS Cheerleaders and Spirit Sparklers halftime performance!
- JH Girls Basketball: Practice begins Monday, Sept. 15th.
- JH Boys Basketball : Open gyms this week.
HS Boys Basketball: Early morning shooting & skills practice on the 17th and 18th at 7:00 AM.

The JH Softball Team is headed to Sectionals!
They will travel to Hutsonville to take on South Central in the Sectional Game on Tuesday, September 16th at 4:30 PM.
We are offering a fan bus for students in grades 5–12 who would like to come cheer on the Bluestreaks!

This week we celebrated the midterm of Quarter 1! Students who have been showing GRIT each day earned a special reward and got to pick a fun prize from our WooHoo Cart.
Our Bluestreaks were so excited, and our teachers are incredibly proud of their hard work, positive behavior, and dedication. 💙 Keep it up, kids. We can’t wait to see even more GRIT as the quarter continues!

After-School Tutoring at Martinsville Elementary
We are excited to announce that Martinsville Elementary will be offering an After-School Tutoring Program beginning Tuesday, September 31st. This program is designed to give students extra support in a small-group setting with our dedicated staff.
Details:
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 3:00 – 4:00 PM
Transportation: Parents must pick up promptly at 4:00 PM
Permission forms are due by September 19th.
We look forward to supporting our students as they continue to grow and succeed!

After-school tutoring will begin Tuesday, September 31st for any 7th–12th grade student who would like extra help.
Students may attend as needed. There is no sign-up required.
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays Time: 3:00 – 4:00 PM in the Jr/Sr High School Media Center Transportation: Please arrange for your child to have a ride after tutoring.
This is a great opportunity for students to get additional support and strengthen their skills!

Our preschoolers are busy little learners! This week they’ve been working hard on their writing skills while exploring the color ORANGE. From painting and coloring to practicing their letters, their creativity is shining bright. We love seeing their excitement as they grow in confidence each day!

Our Bluestreaks have been soaking up the sunshine, smiles, and beautiful weather this week on the playground!
Laughter, friendships, and lots of fun filled the air as our students enjoyed every bit of fresh air and outdoor play.
We’re grateful for these bright fall days that make recess extra special!
