From celebrating King and Queen Day, exploring their 5 senses, enjoying special puppy visits, and creating friendship bracelets, these little Bluestreaks are busy building not only knowledge—but also memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. 💙✨

🍎🎉 It’s been a busy and exciting week at MES! Our Bluestreaks have been learning, creating, and celebrating together. From apple pies to birthday fun, every day has been full of smiles and special moments with friends. We’re so in sync that even our teachers showed up matching—without even planning it! 💙 We love sharing these joyful days with our MES family.

Well I'll be! School's lettin' out early next Friday— 2 o’clock sharp — and that means we got just ‘bout enough time to dust off our boots, wrangle a snack, and make it back in town for the big homecomin’ parade at 3 pm!

Ain’t nothin’ like seein’ the whole herd of floats, the band, and proud folks ridin’ through Main Street, cheerin’ like it’s a Saturday rodeo. So saddle up, y’all — don’t be late, and don’t forget your school spirit!

In honor of Constitution Week, the local Walter Burdick chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution donated constitution books for our 8th grade and 11th grade History classes. DAR members, Susann Shanks and Carrie Cross, presented them to Principal Todd Evers.

The rain may have kept us from outside recess, but it sure didn’t stop our Bluestreaks from having fun inside! Whether it was games or just enjoying time with friends, our students made the most of every moment.

Our 5th graders in Mrs. Conzen’s and Ms. Woodard’s classes have been diving deep into Native American history and culture! 🌎✨ Students have been hard at work researching, creating projects, and presenting what they’ve learned to their classmates. Stay tuned this week as we will have more incredible Native American dwelling projects are on the way, and we can’t wait to share their creativity and learning with you! 📚

Junior Achievement in Wabash Valley is hosting FREE Family Financial Literacy Workshops designed to guide you through the fundamentals of budgeting, credit, and taxes, in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. While you focus on the now, we will provide your kid(s) with age-appropriate financial literacy and work readiness programming to help prepare them for their futures!

🕰️Time: 6:00 – 7:00 PM (Monday-Friday for 1-hour each evening)
