Attention Class of 2025:

Martinsville CUSD C3 partners with ROE 11 for attendance services. We want students to be in school as they benefit the most with good attendance. This year, Joel Lowry will be our new Attendance Specialist from the ROE. He will partner with Mrs. Norton to provide attendance services for our students. Joel has an extensive background as a parent educator and a paraprofessional. We look forward to the partnership with ROE 11 again this year.

Over 20 MCUSD C 3 staff spent one day in a Youth Mental Health First Aid training session provided by HRC this summer. YMHFA is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent who is experiencing a mental health or addiction challenge or who is in crisis. One training was completed in July and one in August. Thanks to Michelle Creech of HRC for making this possible for our staff!
