The volleyball camp for our little Bluestreaks was a success. Thanks Coach Gowin, Coach Stephens, and all the high school volleyball players. The littles learned some valuable volleyball skills from some pretty awesome high school athletes. It's a great day to be a Bluestreak!

Fall sports are right around the corner, and that means it’s time to schedule your sports physicals!

IHSA and IESA rules require all student-athletes to have a current physical on file before they can participate in practices or games.

If you haven’t already, make your appointment now!
Don't wait until the last minute—no physical = no practice.

Fall practice begins soon, and we want every Bluestreak ready to hit the ground running!

We’re excited to introduce Mr. Todd Evers as the new principal of Martinsville Jr-Sr High School!

Mr. Evers brings 19 years of experience in education, including 13 years as a classroom teacher and 6 years in school administration. He began his career at Marshall High School, where he taught for 12 years and served as head football coach for 10 of those years.

Mr. Evers later served as assistant principal and athletic director at Monrovia High School (IN), where he spent 6 years leading school-wide initiatives focused on student achievement, staff collaboration, and building a strong, supportive school culture. Most recently, Mr. Evers returned to the classroom last year as a teacher at Martinsville Elementary, where he quickly became part of the school community and developed a deeper connection with the district.

Mr. Evers is passionate about creating a positive school environment that challenges and supports all students. He believes in the importance of relationships, communication, and working as a team with staff, students, families, and the broader community.

Outside of school, Mr. Evers is a proud husband to Nici, a third-grade teacher, and a devoted dad to their three daughters Grace, Maylee and Harper. As a family, they love being involved in the school community and cheering on the Bluestreaks together.

Please join us in giving Mr. Evers a warm Martinsville welcome as he begins this new chapter as principal of Martinsville Jr-Sr High School.
