MES is launching our Bluestreak Brain Busters program this week! This school wide initiative helps students build strong math fact fluency, the foundation for success in problem solving and higher-level math thinking. Each week, students will take grade level fluency tests and students who meet their goal will earn Brain Buster cards for our hallway display. At the end of each month, two lucky names will be drawn from the chart to win a special prize from the office. Classroom teachers will also be rewarding and encouraging our students each step of the way in their rooms. Families, look for your note home this week to share more details. Together, we can make math exciting, engaging, and confidence building for all!
